  3. CrossFit is ALWAYS hard...it's never easy. I've been doing this for only 1 1/2 years and i still get nervous when i walk through the studio door. Sometime when you read the WOD, you say to yourself, "awww...that's not too bad..i can handle this." When I'm done, it's like i'm clinging for my last breath and drenched with sweat.
    Guess what? I wouldn't have it any other way!
