CrossFit is ALWAYS hard...it's never easy. I've been doing this for only 1 1/2 years and i still get nervous when i walk through the studio door. Sometime when you read the WOD, you say to yourself, "awww...that's not too bad..i can handle this." When I'm done, it's like i'm clinging for my last breath and drenched with sweat. Guess what? I wouldn't have it any other way! PR: 25:38.
Goodness! With my "broke" wrists, I guess I chose an okay night not to come and to finish lesson plans for next week. Please get better...I miss being able to give it 100%!!!
That does not look fun, I think I tasted a little of it this am.. Thanks again Mike,,,Keep up the good work..
ReplyDeleteBlast those Bear Crawls.. I would like to leave those to the Bears..

ReplyDeleteThe key is to become one with the bear. Sleep, hunt, and eat like a bear.

ReplyDeleteMy forearms hurt more than anything, but the bear crawls were a piece of cake . . . :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the forearms, Beth. After doing the "Angie" wed and then yesterday's WOD, I find even scratching my back pure hell.
